目前,国内外由于采用了低压铸造和压差铸造等新工艺,继续采用钠盐做为铸造铝合金的变质剂已经远远不能满足生产和产品性能的需要。用钠盐对铸造铝合金进行变质处理,虽然改善了合金的机械性能,却存在许多缺点。河南省柴油机厂工程师刘永念和林健二位同志从一九八○年开始,和工人师傅一起经过两年多的艰苦工作,进行了上百炉次的验试,终于研制出了810锶盐长效变质剂。 810锶盐长效变质剂,适用于共晶和亚共晶型铝硅合金进行长效变质。该变质剂无论在金属型还是砂型中进行铸造均能得到优良的变质组织。
