关于人类肿瘤是否具有特异性抗原(Tumor specific antigen TSA),至今尚有争论,虽然许多事实说明人体对肿瘤可发生免疫反应;某些肿瘤可出现某种抗原的异常增多,如肝癌中之甲胎蛋白(AFP)及结肠癌中之癌胚抗原(CEA)等,然而这些并非肿瘤所特有,只是肿瘤相关抗原(Tumor associatcd antigen TAA)。从人类肿瘤中尚未分离出一种公认的纯肿瘤特异抗原。肿瘤抗原的存在是机体得以对肿瘤产生免疫反应的前提,故肿瘤抗原性的研究具有重要的理论与实际意义。
Tumor specific antigen (Tumor specific antigen TSA), is still controversial, although many facts show that the human body can have an immune response to the tumor; some tumors may have an abnormal increase in some antigens, such as liver cancer in the fetal (AFP) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in colon cancer. However, these are not tumor-specific, but Tumor associatcd antigen (TAA). A recognized pure tumor-specific antigen has not been isolated from human tumors. The existence of tumor antigen is the prerequisite for the body to produce immune response to the tumor, so the study of tumor antigen has important theoretical and practical significance.
