目的总结电阻抗谱技术的基本原理及其在甲状腺癌诊断方面的最新进展。方法通过复习国内外文献,对电阻抗谱技术在甲状腺癌诊断上的应用前景进行综述和分析。结果电阻抗谱是一种人体功能性成像技术,其测量结果客观,不易受人为因素影响,能有效诊断早期甲状腺癌,并能与细针穿刺细胞学检查结果互补,提高甲状腺癌的诊断准确率,从而减少不必要的手术。结论在甲状腺癌的诊断上,电阻抗谱技术有望成为诊断早期甲状腺癌的一种新技术,并作为一种辅助性临床诊断方法辅助细针穿刺细胞学检查对甲状腺癌的诊断。
Objective To summarize the basic principle of electrical impedance spectroscopy and its latest progress in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods By reviewing the literature at home and abroad, the application prospect of impedance spectroscopy in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer was reviewed and analyzed. Results Electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is a kind of human functional imaging technique. Its measurement results are objective and not easily influenced by human factors. It can effectively diagnose early thyroid cancer and complement each other with fine needle aspiration cytology to improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid cancer , Thereby reducing unnecessary surgery. Conclusion In the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, electrical impedance spectroscopy is expected to become a new technique for the diagnosis of early thyroid cancer and as a supplementary clinical diagnostic method for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer by fine needle aspiration cytology.
