为了高频超声导波技术能更好的应用于锚杆锚固质量的检测,采用理论分析和实验室测试的方法对锚固锚杆中导渡的传播规律进行了研究,从1.75 MHz到6 MHz,每隔0.25 MHz导波激发一次,对不同锚固质量的锚杆进行了扫频,根据实验结果得出了平均振幅比随频率变化曲线,指出锚杆质量检测效果的最佳激发频率为3 MHz。实验结果表明,锚杆锚固质量越好导波的衰减越大。在一定频率范围内,不同锚固质量的锚杆中导波的平均振幅比有明显的区别,实现了高频状态下对锚杆锚固质量的检测。
In order to apply the high-frequency ultrasonic guided wave technology to the detection of bolt anchorage quality better, theoretical analysis and laboratory test methods were used to study the propagation of the anchorage in anchorage bolt. From 1.75 MHz to 6 MHz, According to the experimental results, the average amplitude of the rock bolts was swept at every 0.25 MHz guided wave excitation. The optimum excitation frequency of the anchor rod was 3 MHz. The experimental results show that the better the anchoring quality is, the greater the attenuation of the guided wave. In a certain frequency range, the average amplitude of the guided waves in different anchoring quality anchors is significantly different, and the anchoring quality of the anchors is detected under high-frequency conditions.
