远红外线加热技术是七十年代发展起来的一项新技术。这种加热方法具有高效、节能、和干燥质量好等优点,近几年来在许多行业中得到了广泛的应用。但是在电镀行业中由于有些资料认为采用远红外线加热干燥会影响镀层的抗腐蚀性能,很多资料对最佳的干燥温度看法不一致等,因此至今还没有得到很好的推广.本文希望通过本厂对500多块试样的对比试验说明,镀锌钝化零件的抗腐蚀性能主要取决于镀锌钝化膜本身的表面质量、膜层内的六价铬含量和加热干燥的温度,而与所采用的干燥方法无关,也就是说只要正确的控制加热温度,完全可以采用远红外线加热来干燥镀锌钝化的零件,而不影响其抗腐蚀性能。
