1号高炉易地大修工程已经开始筹划。本文从生产实际出发,结合目前世界上炼铁技术的发展和对1号高炉设备运行实际情况评价,探讨了易地大修的技术方案。作者认为,炉顶宜用串罐式无料钟装料设备,增加垂直探测器和炉身下部小型探测器,炉喉部增设冷却设备和强化炉身下部、炉腰、炉腹的冷却,出铁场改成环形,改进设备的维修,采用INBA法水冲渣、热风炉热媒式废气余热回收、TGR和干式除尘等技术。
