高寒地区主要指的就是海拔高、常年低温和冻土不化的地区,在我国的高寒地区大多分布都位于西部和南部地区,主要海拔都是超过了2000米,随着改革开放进一步发展,我国实施西部大开发战略不断加强,使得西部地区建设工程项目出现很多不同趋势。在高寒地区施工会受到高海拔和低温的影响,就必然会造成劳动力下降问题,特别是对于高海拔地区缺氧问题施工中机械效率造成严重影响。
