目的探讨该院现行两种骨龄评估方法即G-P图谱法与CHN法的应用效果。方法在门诊随机选取245例女童,同时用两种方法进行骨龄评估,比较结果。结果两种方法所测结果经检验有显著性差异,P<0.01;CHN法所测结果大于等于G-P法的比例与CHN法小于G-P法的比例经检验有统计学差异,χ2=5.928,P<0.05。结论由于生长发育存在客观的长期变化,各种评价骨龄方法均有其局限性,所测结果均应结合临床,综合分析,宜采用最接近现代儿童骨骼发育的方法评估。建议尽快通过新的大范围抽样调查、改进数据处理方法等,对骨发育标准进行修订,使得新的骨龄评估更加实际准确。
Objective To explore the application of two methods for assessing bone age, namely G-P mapping method and CHN method. Methods A total of 245 girls were randomly selected in the outpatient clinic. Two methods were used to evaluate the bone age, and the results were compared. Results The results of the two methods tested by the test were significantly different, P <0.01; CHN test results greater than or equal to the GP method and the proportion of CHN method is less than the GP method by the test was statistically significant, χ2 = 5.928, P < 0.05. Conclusion Because of the long-term objective and long-term changes in growth and development, various methods of evaluating bone age have their limitations. All the results should be evaluated in combination with clinical and comprehensive analysis. Proposed as soon as possible through the new large-scale sample surveys, data processing methods to improve the revision of bone development standards, making the new assessment of bone age more practical and accurate.
