目的:研究槲皮苷(quercitrin)对新生大鼠皮质神经元存活的影响。方法:通过原代培养大鼠皮质神经元,通过细胞形态学观察、神经元细胞活力检测和有突起神经元数目定量分析,观察不同剂量的槲皮苷对神经元的营养作用。结果:与溶媒对照组相比,低、中、高剂量(50、100、200μmol/L)的槲皮苷组神经元活力增强,突起神经元数目增多。结论:槲皮苷对大鼠皮质神经元的存活有促进作用。
Objective: To study the effect of quercitrin on the survival of cortical neurons in neonatal rats. Methods: The neurons of rat cortical neurons were cultured by primary culture, and the neuronal nutrition effects of different doses of quercetin were observed by cell morphology observation, neuronal cell viability test and number of neurons. Results: Compared with the vehicle control group, the neurons in quercitrin at low, medium and high doses (50,100 and 200μmol / L) increased and the number of neurons increased. Conclusion: Quercitrin can promote the survival of rat cortical neurons.
