使用溶液法制备了溴化丁基橡胶,探究了溴化过程中中和时NaOH的浓度对丁基橡胶溴化的影响,主要包括对溴含量、微观结构和力学性能的影响。使用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对溴化后的丁基橡胶进行了定性分析,观察了C=C双键特征峰的位置变化,同时还用1 H-NMR具体分析了溴化丁基橡胶中的溴含量和微观结构。结果表明,NaOH浓度对胶料中溴含量有一定影响,同时也对结构1与结构2所占比例也有特别明显的影响;NaOH浓度分别为5%和8%时,BIIR中的仲位烯丙基溴含量占总溴含量的62.1%。
Bromobutyl rubber was prepared by solution method, and the effect of NaOH concentration during neutralization on the bromination of butyl rubber was explored, including the effects on bromine content, microstructure and mechanical properties.
