利用重力分离SHS技术在带卷边钢板表面直接制备了陶瓷复合涂层。测量了涂层厚度和硬度,分析了钢基体与氧化铝陶瓷结合力产生的原因,确定了二者的结合方式及卷边钢板的工艺尺寸参数,检测了涂层与基体法向和切向结合强度。结果表明,陶瓷复合钢板的涂层表面光滑,其硬度在1100HV以上;钢基体与陶瓷涂层主要是机械嵌合。
The gravimetric separation SHS technique was used to prepare the ceramic composite coating directly on the surface of the curled steel plate. The thickness and hardness of the coating were measured. The reason of the bonding force between the steel substrate and the alumina ceramic was analyzed. The combination of the two methods and the process size parameters were determined. The normal and tangential bonding between the coating and the substrate were tested. strength. The results show that the surface of the ceramic composite steel is smooth and its hardness is above 1100 HV. The steel base and the ceramic coating are mainly mechanical chimerism.
