在研究钢板空冷过程导热规律的基础上,简化辐射及对流传热边界条件,采用隐式差分解法建立淬前空冷温降差分模型;同时在研究亚共析钢过冷奥氏体转变规律的基础上,结合Avrami方程,采用非线性拟合原理及三次样条插值法建立淬前组织预测模型。利用上述模型进行某厂淬火机机前空冷距离设计,为淬火机科学合理设计提供依据。同时经实测数据检验,淬前空冷组织预测结果与实际终淬组织具有一致性。
On the basis of studying the thermal conduction law of steel plate in air cooling process, the radiation and convective heat transfer boundary conditions are simplified and the difference model of pre-quenching air cooling temperature drop is established by implicit difference method. Meanwhile, On the basis of Avrami equation, the pre-hardened tissue prediction model was established by nonlinear fitting principle and cubic spline interpolation. The use of the above model for a factory quench machine air-cooled distance design for the scientific and rational design quench provide the basis. At the same time, the measured data show that the predicted results of air cooling before quenching are consistent with the actual quenched structure.
