建筑的围护结构构造是影响建筑是否节能的重要因素之一。我国北方村镇地区幅员辽阔,各地材料资源、技术资源和经济水平各不相同,所以在围护结构构造的选择上具有明显的地域差异性。为了选择出适宜于各地域特征的围护结构构造,本文采用基于生命周期的模糊数学层次分析方法进行了综合评价。该方法以全生命周期为研究范围,采用层次分析法构建评价体系并确定权重,然后采用模糊评价法确定定量与定性指标的隶属度,并采用线性加权法进行综合评价,以此作为优选评价的依据。在此基础上,以黑龙江省某村镇住宅为例,对该地区的墙体构造进行了模拟评价,结果表明,基于生命周期的模糊数学层次分析方法是各地区选择适宜围护结构构造的一种有效方法。
