某学校“STS”活动课前往酒厂进行实地考察活动,同学们了解到白酒是发酵后的粮食酿的,酒精是从酒糟中蒸煮汽化出来的,其装置如图。因为汽化要吸热,所以要在锅灶下加热,蒸锅实际上是一个汽化池,将其密封后仅与输气管相通,然后将汽化后的酒引入冷凝池后再注入酒罐。罐里的白酒的度数很高, 一般不宜饮用,需要与适量的水勾兑(混合)后才能出售。有关行业规定:白酒的“度数”是指气温在20℃时,100毫升酒中所含的酒精量。试回答:
