教师专业化是时代与社会发展的内在要求,而教学反思则是教师专业化发展的重要途径。教学反思的内容包括教学目标、教学设计思路、教学内容、教学方式方法、教学效果等,进行反思的训练可以采取写教后记、听课评课观摩、研究课堂教学录像等策略。教师掌握了教学反思的内容和反思的方法,就具备了反思的勇气和反思的能力。反思可以让教师发现不足,发现新知,可以让教师不断地重新认识自己。可见,教学反思是教师专业化发展的必由之路,只有把教学反思变成一种自觉行动,教师才能更好地实现自我完善,才会最终成为一名合格的教师。
