进入21世纪以来,人力资源作为推动企业实现健康而快速发展的重要力量而得到了各行各业极大程度地重视,这有力地推动了我国企业人力资源近十数年的飞速发展。然而随着市场竞争日益激烈以及高度发达的信息互联网渗透,当前企业人力资源管理因此而逐渐产生了诸多的危机,从而构成对企业发展的严重制约。如何有效地应对企业人力资源危机,变危机为转机已经成为了众多企业急需解决的首要难题。结合实践来看,采取有效的预警管理是解决这一难题的重要途径,对此本文将基于笔者多年的企业人力资源管理实践,首先对企业人力资源危机展开概述,随后在对当前在此方面危机预警管理所面临的困境进行论述,并在此基础上探究一些相应的加强对策。
