目的研究CCL5基因及其受体CCR5基因在人蜕膜中的表达与药物流产结局的关系。方法取早孕药物流产(米非司酮+米索前列醇序贯用药)胎囊排出延迟者10例为试验组,胎囊组织正常完整排出者10例为对照组,采用Q-PCR方法检测CCL5和CCR5基因在两组患者流产排出的蜕膜中的表达水平。结果试验组患者CCL5基因的相对表达量0.466±0.42显著低于对照组的3.869±0.52,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者CCR5基因的相对表达量5.715±1.02高于对照组患者的3.571±1.61,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蜕膜组织中CCL5基因的低表达可能与药物流产过程中胎囊排除延迟相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of CCL5 gene and its receptor CCR5 in human decidua and the outcome of medical abortion. Methods Totally 10 cases of delayed discharge of fetus of pregnancy induced abortion (mifepristone + misoprostol sequential use) were used as experimental group and 10 cases of normal complete discharge of fetal sac as control group. The expression of CCL5 And CCR5 gene expression levels in decidua excreted by both groups. Results The relative expression level of CCL5 in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (0.466 ± 0.42 vs 3.869 ± 0.52, P <0.05), and the relative expression level of CCR5 in experimental group was 5.715 ± 1.02 The patients were 3.571 ± 1.61, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions The low expression of CCL5 gene in decidua might be related to the delayed exclusion of fetal vesicle during abortion.
