本文通过调查居住在铁路两侧近3000名居民对铁路噪声的各种反应,说明铁路噪声的污染程度,并将这些指标的干扰值与相应声级的交通噪声干扰值进行比较,发现引起同一干扰率时的铁路噪声声级比交通噪声声级有不同程度的增加,平均增加15dBA,故计算铁路噪声声级可按GB3096-82中所规定交通干线两侧环境噪声限值再加15dBA计算。另外根据铁路运输昼夜车流量相近的特点,我们建议铁路两侧环境噪声限值昼夜均为Leq70dBA。
In this paper, we investigate the railway noise pollution of nearly 3000 residents residing on both sides of the railway, explain the pollution degree of the railway noise, and compare the interference value of these indicators with the traffic noise interference value of the corresponding sound level, and find that the same interference When the rate of railway noise level than the traffic noise level have increased in varying degrees, an average increase of 15dBA, so calculate the railway noise level according to GB3096-82 on both sides of the traffic trunk line noise limits plus 15dBA calculation. In addition, according to the characteristics of railway traffic day and night traffic is similar, we suggest that the ambient noise limits on both sides of the railway day and night are Leq70dBA.
