INTRODUCTIONrnThe IKK complex is responsible for the regulation of the NF-κB family of transcription factors, which regulates genes associated with cell survival and increased proliferation. Deregulated NF-κB activation underlies disease states in many organs, including chronic inflammation and cancer.
