我们用65只健康豚鼠进行潜水模拟实验,水深60m,分为三种减压模式进行。用听神经动作电位为测试听阈变化的指标,中耳阻抗仪观察鼓室压曲线的变化,光镜及电镜观察内耳形态学及超微结构的改变。试验证实三组听力均以潜水后7天阈移最大,鼓室压曲线潜水后除5耳外均为B型曲线。光镜见中耳有病损者39耳(37.85%),内耳有病损者4耳(3.88%);扫描电镜见毛细胞毛缺损及排列紊乱,适射电镜见细胞器有拟伤。
We use 65 healthy guinea pigs diving simulation experiments, water depth 60m, divided into three decompression mode. The changes of tympanic pressure curve were observed by middle-ear impedance spectrometer with auditory nerve action potentials as the indicators of hearing threshold changes. Morphological and ultrastructural changes of the inner ear were observed under light and electron microscopes. The test confirmed that the three groups of hearing thresholds were maximal 7 days after diving, tympanic pressure curve after diving except 5 ears were B-type curve. There were 39 ears (37.85%) with lesions in the middle ear and 4 ears (3.88%) with lesions in the inner ear. Light microscopic examination revealed hair loss and disordered hair cells on the scanning electron microscope.
