科技创新推动中国渔业产业实现了跨越式发展,是中国渔业发展的原动力。新时期新形势下,渔业产业发展面临水产品质量安全问题、产业化程度不高等诸多制约因素,亟需进行新一轮的科技创新促进可持续性发展。为此,提出利用科技创新突破渔业产业转型升级节点,提升渔业产业科技水平,转变养殖生产方式,调整产业结构,实现环境友好型、结构配置合理的产业模式转变。
Scientific and technological innovation to promote the development of China’s fishery industry by leaps and bounds is the driving force behind the development of China’s fisheries. Under the new situation in the new period, the development of fishery industry faces many constraints such as the quality and safety of aquatic products and the low level of industrialization. Therefore, a new round of technological innovation is urgently needed to promote sustainable development. Therefore, it is proposed to make breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation to break through the node of transformation and upgrading of fishery industry, upgrade the level of science and technology in fishery industry, change the mode of farming and production, adjust the industrial structure, and realize the transformation of industrial mode with environment-friendly and rational allocation of structure.
