当前,我国政府正在全国范围内全面深化医药卫生体制改革(以下简称新医改),随着改革的不断深化,公立医院在保持公益性的同时,更加强调市场盈利性,更加深入地参与市场经济活动,越来越显示出企业经营管理的特征,这对医院财务管理也产生了重大和深刻的影响。传统体制下我国公立医院的财务管理模式不能完全适应新医改的要求,笔者认为新医改后公立医院应主要从以下四个方面加强财务管理工作。1.加强医院财务管理的组织与筹
