目的:建立复方野菊花含片中黄芩苷和蒙花苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC,Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25∶75),检测波长334 nm。结果:黄芩苷和蒙花苷进样量分别在0.460~2.760μg(r=0.999 5),0.020~0.400μg(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好;黄芩苷和蒙花苷平均回收率分别为101.77%(RSD0.98%),98.36%(RSD 1.68%)。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可用于复方野菊花含片中黄芩苷和蒙花苷含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin and monatin in compound Radix Chrysanthemum. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (25:75) and the detection wavelength was 334 nm on a Kromasil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) Results: The linearity of baicalin and monatin was linear in the range of 0.460 ~ 2.760μg (r = 0.999 5) and 0.020 ~ 0.400μg (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries of baicalin and mandarin were 101.77 % (RSD 0.98%), 98.36% (RSD 1.68%). Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and can be used for the determination of baicalin and mononin in compound Radix Chrysanthemum.
