长期以来,英语教育有重理论轻实践的倾向。目前,人才评价已从资格转向能力,从技能转向创造。英语专业毕业生,不仅要有过硬的听、说、读、写、译的能力,还要有过硬的英语教育教学能力。这些能力既来自英语专业基本理论、基本知识的学习,也来自英语专业基本技能和基本能力的训练。提高学生的基本技能和基本能力,必须建构科学的实践教学体系。笔者根据怀化学院英语专业的实际情况,从实践教学的目标体系、内容体系、保障体系和评价体系等方面对英语专业实践教学体系进行了研究,旨在培养学生的专业应用能力。
For a long time, English education has a tendency of emphasizing light practice. At present, talent evaluation has shifted from qualifications to competence and from skills to creativity. English graduates must not only have excellent ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating, but also have excellent English teaching ability. These abilities both from the basic theory of English majors, basic knowledge of learning, but also from the basic skills of English majors and basic skills training. To improve students’ basic skills and basic ability, we must construct a scientific practice teaching system. According to the actual situation of English majors in Huaihua University, the author studies the practical teaching system of English majors from the aspects of the target system, content system, security system and evaluation system of practice teaching so as to cultivate students’ professional ability.
