杰克森(Jackson)癫痫较常见,但以尿胀、强迫排尿为首发症状者罕见。病例报告患者男性,52岁。缘于1957年11月夜间突然被尿胀憋醒,尿意强烈,但无尿液排出,约3分钟缓解,无其它不适。之后1～3个月发作1次,多在夜间刚入睡时发作,白天亦有发作,每次均尿胀难忍,但多无尿液排出,有时可排少量尿液,未诊治。自次年春开始,上述症状发作时伴右手小指麻木,速延至同侧半身或全身,意识清楚,4～5分钟缓解。
Jackson is more common in epilepsy, but it is rare to have urinary distension and forced urination as the first symptom. Case report Male patient, 52 years old.
