目的了解儿童家长免疫规划服务满意度现状及影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取甘肃兰州和河北石家庄市12~23月龄儿童2 805名,对儿童家长进行电话问卷调查,所得资料进行χ~2检验。结果预防接种门诊业务操作满意度的9个问题中5个问题家长满意度在90%以上;医护人员态度的2个问题家长满意度均在80%以上;接种门诊环境及方便性的3个问题家长满意度均在70%以上。结论预防接种门诊医护人员要注重与儿童家长的交流,进一步提高知识掌握水平,同时改善预防接种门诊环境及方便性,根据地域、家长职业等有针对性地开展免疫规划服务,充分利用12320卫生热线等加强预防接种知识宣传。
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of children’s immunization planning service satisfaction. Methods A total of 2 805 children aged 12 to 23 months from Lanzhou, Gansu and Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province were recruited by stratified random sampling. Telephone survey was conducted among parents of children. The data were analyzed byχ ~ 2 test. Results Five of the nine questions of preventive inpatient business operation satisfaction were above 90%, two of the questions about attitude of health care workers were more than 80%, and three issues of inoculation environment and convenience Parents are more than 70% satisfaction. Conclusion Vaccination outpatient medical staff should pay attention to the exchange with children’s parents to further enhance the level of knowledge, improve vaccination clinic environment and convenience, according to the region, parents and other targeted to carry out immunization planning services, take full advantage of 12320 Health Hotline To strengthen knowledge of vaccination and other publicity.
