丁苯胶乳中的橡胶组成通常采用硝化法、碳氢法及折光指数法测定。近年来随着裂解气相色谱法的发展,已使该方法能应用于橡胶组成的定性或定量分析。本工作采用了裂解气相色谱法测定了丁苯胶乳中的橡胶组成,具有操作简便、分析周期短的优点。本工作对裂解气相色谱的主要操作条件、标准样品与试样的制备和保存等方面进行了试验。结果证明,在选定的操作条件下,如以丁二烯对苯乙烯的峰面积比Y对相应的组成质量比X作图;能得到一条通过原点的直线。本方法的变更系数小于4%。
The rubber composition of SBR latex is usually measured by nitrification method, hydrocarbon method and refractive index method. In recent years, with the development of pyrolysis gas chromatography, the method has been applied to the qualitative or quantitative analysis of rubber composition. In this work, pyrolysis gas chromatography has been used to determine the rubber composition of SBR latex, which has the advantages of easy operation and short analysis period. In this work, the main operating conditions of pyrolysis gas chromatography, the preparation and preservation of standard samples and samples were tested. The results show that under selected operating conditions, such as plotting the peak area ratio of butadiene to styrene Y to the corresponding constituent mass ratio X; a straight line through the origin can be obtained. The method of changing the coefficient is less than 4%.
