随着工业的发展,越来越多的重金属积聚到土壤中,对农作物生长造成严重的影响。主要对Al、Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Mn和Sr几种重金属单作和互作对油菜(Brassica napus L.)的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、光合作用速率、根系总长、根表面积、根直径、根体积、根系活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、质膜透性和抗氧化系统,包括保护酶系统如过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等的影响以及相关的预防措施作一概述,为不同地区油菜的种植提供理论参考。
As industry develops, more and more heavy metals accumulate in the soil, causing serious effects on crop growth.
