校企合作办学是职业教育改革的重要方向,也是大力发展职业教育的必然要求。校企合作建立烹饪人才的培养模式可以使学校、餐饮企业、学生之间形成一个三赢的格局。学校与餐饮企业相互合作,教学与生产相结合,校企双方互相支持、互相渗透,从而达到优势互补和利益共享;更重要的是有利于调整学生的就业心态,提高了学生的职业道德水平,做到理论与实践,技能和素养的密切结合,尽快适应市场的需求。
