通过动脉灌注,对32侧成人新鲜尸体胫骨后肌健的微血管进行了研究。该腱血供主要来自肌支、腱旁组织和滑膜鞘脏层的血省及骨一腱结合处来自骨和骨膜的血管。腱内血管以束间吻合血管为主,与腱外膜血管丛的穿支相连。腱的血管分布在其止点和肌健结合处丰富,在内踝后远侧为无血管段或乏血管段,对该腱血液供应的临床意义进行了讨论。
The arterial perfusion was used to study the microvasculature of posterior tibial muscle of 32 adult fresh cadaveric cadavers. The tendon blood supply comes mainly from the blood vessels of the musculocutaneous, tendon-side tissues and visceral plies of the synovial membrane and the blood vessels from the bone and periosteum at the bone-tendon junction. Tendon blood vessels to the anastomosis between the main vascular bundles, and tendon adventitial vascular bundle connected to perforation. The vascular distribution of the tendon was abundant at the junction and muscular strength, and the distal part of the medial malleolus was avascular or ischemic. The clinical significance of the tendon blood supply was discussed.
