目的:分析溃疡性结肠炎患者接受针对性营养护理干预的效果.方法:选取我院收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行研究,选取时间为2018年11月-2020年10月,根据不同的护理方案对所有患者分组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组30例患者,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受针对性营养护理干预.结果:观察组患者不良反应的发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组患者的HB、血白蛋白、STP、血清蛋白、BMI等营养学指标与对照组对比,差异显著,P<0.05.结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者在治疗期间接受针对性营养护理干预,能够有效提升患者的营养状态,减少不良反应的出现,值得在临床上推广应用.“,”Objective: To analyze the effect of accepted nutritional care intervention in ulcerative colitis.
