[目的]探讨辽宁、吉林、朝鲜三产地人参对小鼠T淋巴细胞功能的影响。[方法]采用健康SCID小鼠80只随机分为空白对照组、正常人参对照组(三组)及模型组、脾虚人参治疗组(三组)。模型组及治疗组以100%番泻叶浸液灌服,建立脾虚证模型。造模成功后,脾虚人参治疗组和正常人参对照组分别以三产地人参煎剂灌胃,5g/Kg/d/只,连续给药2周。2周后通过迟发型超敏反应(DTH)观察小鼠足趾DTH程度及E花环形成实验检测其T淋巴细胞功能状态。[结果]模型组小鼠DTH程度与E花环形成百分率均低于空白对照组(P<0.01),经三地人参治疗后两项指标均较模型组升高(P<0.01),三地人参治疗组与空白对照组间无差异,三者间疗效比较也无显著差异(P>0.05);正常三地人参对照组与空白对照组间无差异(P>0.05),三组之间比较也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]脾虚可导致小鼠DTH程度及E花环形成百分率降低;三地人参均能提高脾虚小鼠DTH程度及E花环形成百分率,并能使其达到正常水平。证明三地人参对正常小鼠的T细胞功能没有明显影响,三地人参对脾虚证小鼠T淋巴细胞功能的调节基本相同。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of ginseng from three producing areas of Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea on the function of T lymphocytes in mice. [Methods] Eighty healthy SCID mice were randomly divided into blank control group, normal control group (three groups) and model group, spleen deficiency ginseng treatment group (three groups). The model group and the treatment group were fed with 100% senna extract to establish the spleen deficiency syndrome model. After successful modeling, spleen ginseng treatment group and normal ginseng control group were ginseng, respectively, ginseng root extract, 5g / Kg / d / only, continuous administration for 2 weeks. Two weeks later, the degree of DTH in mice was observed by delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) and the function of T lymphocytes in E-rosette was detected. [Results] The levels of DTH and the formation of E rosette in model group were lower than those in blank control group (P <0.01). After the three ginseng treatments, both indexes were higher than those in model group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05); there was no difference between the control group and the blank control group (P> 0.05), the comparison between the three groups No statistical significance (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Spleen deficiency can lead to the decrease of DTH and the percentage of formation of E rosette in mice. The three ginseng can increase the degree of DTH and the formation of E rosette in mice with spleen deficiency and make it reach the normal level. Proved that the three ginseng on normal mice T cell function had no significant effect, three ginseng on spleen deficiency mice T lymphocyte function regulation is basically the same.
