将WC-15m%Co硬质合金1200℃油淬后在300~800℃回火,用x射线衍射法测定计算了硬质合金淬火及回火前后的微观应力,结果表明淬火后经500℃回火其微观应力减小最显著,这与该状态的最高抗弯强度是对应的。
The WC-15m% Co cemented carbide was quenched at 1200 ℃ and then tempered at 300-800 ℃. The microscopic stresses of the cemented carbide before and after quenching and tempering were calculated by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that after the quenching, The most significant reduction in the micro-stress of the fire corresponds to the highest flexural strength in this state.
