起重机在工程建设中发挥着很大的作用,现场施工中常用的起重机型号很多,但由于升降控制电路中接触器主触头发生粘连,刹不住车,致使重物继续下滑,造成人员伤亡,损坏财物等事故。为避免这一事故的发生,本文试就防粘连保护措施进行探索、设计了一种防粘保护回路,后经多种型号超重机上应用,效果良好,安全可靠。现将防粘保护回路的原理和作用作一分析介绍。
Crane plays a great role in the construction of the project. There are many types of cranes commonly used in the construction site. However, due to the sticking of the main contact of the contactor in the lifting control circuit, the heavy load will continue to decline and cause casualties. Damage to property and other accidents. In order to avoid the occurrence of this accident, this paper tries to explore the anti-adhesion protection measures and designs a kind of anti-sticking protection circuit which is applied after various models of super-heavy machine with good effect and safety and reliability. Now anti-sticking protection circuit principle and role for an analysis introduced.
