通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等方法,对山东省游泳三线教练员现状进行调查分析。研究表明:教练员队伍年龄结构和执教年限都比较合理,学历层次较以前明显提高,职称结构不合理,运动技术水平较高;比较重视岗位培训,科研和能力较弱;具有较高的敬业精神和事业心;教练员输送率较好,但相互间的差异很大。
Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and logical analysis, the status quo of swimming three-line coaches in Shandong province was investigated and analyzed. The research shows that the age structure and teaching duration of coaches are reasonable, the level of education is obviously higher than before, the structure of job titles is unreasonable and the level of sports skills is relatively high. The job training, research and abilities are relatively important, with high professionalism And dedication; coaches delivery rate is better, but a great difference between each other.
