近年来,随着我国社会经济与现代科技的不断发展,人民群众对精神文化的需求与日递增,基层文化馆作为当下基层人们群众开展文化活动的重要场所,在新形势的背景下,就如何在基层文化馆中开展好群众文化活动,提高文化服务形式和种类,是现下有关部门和政府机构的首要任务。群众基层文化队伍是提高全民族科学文化水平、促进社会主义精神文明建设的重要力量,加强基层群众社会文化活动的策划建设,是当下我国社会主义先进文化的重要方面。本文主要阐述了开展群众基层文化的重要性,分析了基层文化活动开展过程中遇到的问题,并探讨了应对策略,以期满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求,从而促进公共文化服务的进步。
In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy and modern science and technology in our country, people’s demand for spiritual culture has been increasing day by day.
