骨髓间充质干细胞(BM-MSC)是骨髓中又一种非造血干细胞的成体干细胞,体外研究表明BM-MSC有低免疫原性和免疫调节作用,在混合淋巴细胞培养体系中可以抑制T细胞增殖,适合于细胞治疗。动物实验发现BM-MSC能延长异基因骨的存活率,BM-MSC与造血干细胞共移植可以降低抗宿主病的发生。目前对BM-MSC的免疫调节作用的机制还不完全了解,本文就BM-MSC相关免疫予以综述。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) are a kind of adult stem cells which are non-hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow. In vitro studies show that BM-MSCs have low immunogenicity and immunomodulatory effect, and can inhibit T cells in mixed lymphocyte culture system Proliferation, suitable for cell therapy. Animal experiments found that BM-MSC can extend the survival rate of allogeneic bone, BM-MSC co-transplantation with hematopoietic stem cells can reduce the occurrence of anti-host disease. At present, the mechanism of immunomodulatory effect on BM-MSC is not completely understood. In this paper, the related immunology of BM-MSC is reviewed.
