在我国汽车工业快速发展的推动下,汽车的基本性能得到了很大的改善。但同时随着我国运输业业务量的不断增多,运输市场对货车的性能提出了更高的要求,不但需要其能够承受更大的荷载量,还要其具备更加稳定安全的行驶功能。现主要针对牵引车的液力自动变速器进行研究与分析。这里首先分析了液力自动变速器的基本功能,继而探讨了其设计原则,研究了液力变矩器与发动机的合理匹配方式,并以YYX20A型牵引车液力自动变速器为例,详细介绍了其结构特点与相关的技术参数,说明了在牵引车中采用液力自动变速器要比普通的变速器更能实现良好的变速控制功能,极大的提高了牵引车的整体安全性能。
In the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, the basic performance of the car has been greatly improved. At the same time, with the continuous increase of traffic volume in China’s transportation industry, the transportation market has put forward higher requirements on the performance of the wagon, which not only needs to be able to withstand larger loads, but also has a more stable and safe driving function. Now mainly for the tractor hydraulic automatic transmission for research and analysis. Here, the basic functions of the hydraulic automatic transmission are analyzed first, and then its design principles are discussed. The reasonable matching mode between the torque converter and the engine is studied. Taking YYX20A hydraulic automatic transmission as an example, The structural features and related technical parameters indicate that the use of hydrodynamic automatic transmission in tractor is better than normal transmission to achieve good speed control function, which greatly improves the overall safety performance of tractor.
