《高中英语新课标》在语言技能培养方面指出,要培养学生的听说读写的技能,听说读写既是技能目标,又是学习的手段。听力英语教学的基本内容,能听得懂是学习语言的起码要求,在教学中要培养学生依靠听的手段获取信息、处理信息。在高中英语教材中,都安排了Workbook和Task的内容,选入一些富有时代气息、生动的阅读材料,培养学生的听力水平。但是,我们发现很多教师在教学这部分内容时,往往采用简单化的处理办法,在考试前让学生集中进行听力训练,播放磁带,学生做练习,教师对答案。这样的教学方法只是为了应付考试,教学效果低下,不利于学生的发展。本文就从如何改变目前这种被动的听力教学方式,提高听力教学效果的角度,谈几点做法。
“New Curriculum Standards for Senior High School English” pointed out in the training of language skills. It is necessary to cultivate students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. It is both a skill goal and a means of learning to read and write. The basic content of listening English teaching, can understand is the minimum requirement to learn the language, in teaching students should rely on listening means to obtain information, processing information. In the high school English textbooks, have arranged the contents of the Workbook and Task, selected some rich flavor of the times, vivid reading materials, develop students’ listening ability. However, we found that many teachers, when teaching this part of the content, often adopt a simplistic approach to focusing their students on listening training, playing tape, students practicing and teachers’ answers before the exam. This teaching method is only to meet the examination, teaching effectiveness is not conducive to the development of students. This article will talk about how to change the current passive listening teaching and improve the effectiveness of listening teaching.
