目前,中国企业所遭遇的法律风险越来越引起世人的瞩目,如西门子公司与海信关于西门子在德国抢先注册了“HiSense”商标案件、长虹与美国APEX公司高达40多亿元的贸易纠纷案等。上述案件所产生的法律风险给这些企业造成了巨大的影响,有的甚至是颠覆性的。为此,我们专访了国内著名的企业法律风险专家,北京市智维律师事务所律师雷雨,详细了解有关企业法律风险的研究、评估、防范和治理情况,以期为我国企业正确认识和防范法律风险提供更多的借鉴性意见。
