新世纪以来,质量文化已被公认为企业获得成功的关键要素,塑造良好质量文化能使组织更好地服务于顾客和其他相关方,从而为所有利益相关方创造更大的价值。由中国质量协会组织起草的GB/T32230—2015《企业质量文化建设指南》国家标准已于2015年12月10日发布,2016年7月1日正式实施。为了引导企业更好地理解和运用该标准,有效推进企业质量文化建设,中国质量协会决定于2016年5月下旬在福建省厦门市举办《企业质量文化建设指南》国家标准研修班。具体安排如下:
Since the beginning of the new century, a culture of quality has been recognized as a key element of business success. Creating a good quality culture can enable organizations to better serve their customers and other stakeholders, creating greater value for all stakeholders. The national standard GB / T32230-2015 “Guidelines for the Construction of Enterprise Quality Culture” drafted by China Quality Association was released on December 10, 2015 and came into effect on July 1, 2016. In order to guide enterprises to better understand and apply the standards and effectively promote the construction of enterprise quality culture, China Quality Association decided to hold a national standard training course of “Guidelines for Enterprise Quality Culture Construction” in Xiamen, Fujian Province in late May 2016.
