芬兰对移民进入控制相当严格,500多万人口只有9万多的外来移民。中国人在芬兰约有3000人左右,包括1500多位留学生。近年到芬兰最多的是来自中国大陆的人才。芬兰大小科技公司这几年发展迅速.致使人才严重不足。芬兰最大的电子信息产业每年新增6000名～8000名雇员,其中500人～1000人需从国外引进。在芬兰电信业工作的外国从业人数超过3000人,主要来自印度、俄罗斯和中国。
Finland has strict control over immigration and only over 90,000 immigrants have a population of over 5 million. There are about 3,000 Chinese in Finland, including more than 1,500 international students. In recent years, Finland is the largest number of talents from mainland China. The large and small Finnish technology companies have been developing rapidly in recent years, resulting in a serious shortage of personnel.
