目的:观察补肾益冲丸对妊娠大鼠子代的相关毒性影响。方法:60只育龄动情SD大鼠2∶1雌雄同笼,将妊娠母鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量中药组及生理盐水组,自妊娠第1天给妊娠大鼠灌胃至分娩当天。观察分娩第1天及存活15天鼠龄子鼠的一般发育情况、血液相关指标、主要脏器系数及病理检查。结果:低剂量中药组15天鼠龄子鼠尾长较生理盐水组长(P<0.05);中、低剂量中药组的体格发育、血液指标与生理盐水组均无显著差异。各中药组的子鼠平均活胎数、脏器系数与对照组均无显著差异;病理检查均未发现明显异常。结论:临床等倍剂量的补肾益冲丸对妊娠大鼠的子代无明显毒性作用,其临床剂量口服对子代是安全的。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Yicong Pill on the related toxicity of pregnant rats. Methods: 60 SD rats with reproductive age were divided into two groups, male and female, respectively. The pregnant rats were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose Chinese medicine group and normal saline group. The pregnant rats were given gavage to the day of delivery . Observe the general development of mice on the first day of childbirth and 15 days of survival, blood related indicators, major organ coefficient and pathological examination. Results: Tail length of 15-day-old rats was lower than that of saline group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in physical development, blood index and saline between middle-dose and low-dose traditional Chinese medicine groups. The average number of live mice, organ coefficient and the control group showed no significant difference in all TCM groups, and no significant abnormality was found in pathological examination. Conclusion: The clinical equivalent dose of Bushen Yizhong Pills has no obvious toxic effect on the offspring of pregnant rats, and its clinical dose of oral administration is safe for offspring.
