通过连续成型工艺成功制备出密度梯度SiO_2气凝胶块体,气凝胶块体的形状呈线性均匀收缩。该气凝胶的密度变化范围从0.010~0.150 g/cm~3。随着气凝胶的密度自低到高的变化,其透明度逐渐增加,灰度逐渐减少,这也从侧向体现了气凝胶具备密度梯度功能特性。该SiO2气凝胶在密度较低区域比表面积为859 m~2/g,.孔容约5.7 cm~3/g,对应的较高度度区域内气凝胶的比表面积为565m~2/g,孔容约有2.8 cm~3/g。此外,这种连续成型法同样可以适用于其他材料的密度梯度制备。
