我厂产品中有个零件如图1所示,两平行孔相互交错,技术要求2-φ11孔平行度为0.15,材料是球墨铸铁,我们采用钻孔—铰孔工艺。由于两孔互相交错1.1mm,第二孔无法直接加工。我们先加工第一孔,然后堵死第一孔,再加工第二孔:再压出第一孔内心棒.无论采用钢质棒还是铸铁棒都很难保证要求,成品率只有40%,而且每件消耗一个心棒。后来我试用了第一孔插淬硬导向销(如图2)加工第二孔,又设计了在车床土用的酣转180°夹具(如图3),一次装夹,两头钻铰,第一孔完工塞淬硬导向销再加工第二孔。经过成批生产,成品率达到90%以上,每个导向销可加工100件以上。
