国家干预文化事业发展的传统在法国由来已久。本文追根溯源,将研究目光锁定于17世纪法王路易十四统治下,即法国君主专制政权与古典主义在文学艺术领域达到巅峰这一特定历史时期,旨在探究该时期文化繁荣的表象下,王权直接干预文化艺术事业发展的各项举措,并加以分析,揭示其逐渐形成的文化政策的脉络,提出该特定时期文化领域相关政策制定的理论依据,即“堵”与“疏”相结合的理论,辨析该时期带有严重政治色彩的文化发展的实质及其和王权政府相互依存的紧密关系。
The tradition of the state intervening in the development of cultural undertakings has long been in existence in France.
