目的研究VEGF及KDR在实验性左侧精索静脉曲张4周组及8周组大鼠睾丸中的表达变化,探讨它们与精索静脉曲张(VC)的关系及VC致男性不育的病理生理学机制。方法建立大鼠实验性左侧精索静脉曲张模型,于术后4周和8周取双侧睾丸,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测VEGF、KDR在实验组和对照组SD大鼠睾丸上的表达情况。结果 ELV 4周组大鼠两侧睾丸中VEGF蛋白表达均上调,8周组表达均下降;ELV4周组大鼠睾丸中KDR蛋白的表达与对照组比较显著增强,而8周组比对照组和4周组均显著降低。结论 VEGF和KDR在睾丸中的表达明显受到ELV进程的影响,说明它们在VC致男性不育中起到一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression changes of VEGF and KDR in testis of experimental left varicocele 4 weeks and 8 weeks in rats and to explore their relationship with varicocele (VC) and the pathophysiology of male infertility induced by VC mechanism. Methods Experimental left varicocele model was established in rats. Bilateral testes were obtained at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and KDR in testis and testis in SD rats Happening. Results The expression of VEGF protein in testis of ELV 4-week group was up-regulated and the expression of VEGF in 8-week group was decreased. The expression of KDR protein in testis of ELV 4-week group was significantly higher than that of control group 4 weeks group were significantly lower. Conclusion The expression of VEGF and KDR in testes is obviously affected by the ELV process, indicating that they play a role in the development of male infertility caused by VC.
