一、药物组成: 双紫粉是由紫草、紫花地丁、草河车、黄柏、银花、冰片组成。二、药理作用与用途: 紫草又名车紫草,(Lithospermum),本品为紫草科植物紫草(Lithospermumerythrorhi-zon),或新疆紫草(Macrotomiaeuchroma)的干燥根。成份:含乙酰紫草素(Acetylshikonin),水解后生成紫草素(Shikonin),为抗菌有效成份,含量约1％。作用与用途:性味甘咸寒,功能凉血、活血、解毒。实验证明有抗病毒及抗菌作用。
