在建设工程项目管理中,如何有效的管理和控制工程造价是工程建设管理的重要组成部分。工程造价的规范与管理工作贯穿于工程建设中的每一个方面,每一个环节都存在着造价管理工作。所以必须对工程造价的规范和管理进行加强,对工程造价进行有效的、合理的规范和管理。建设工程造价管理与建筑施工企业密切相关,属于价格管理范畴,要通过宏观调控、市场调节和施工单位严格管理来实现。本文主要阐述了工程造价规范与管理的额主要内容,并就如何加强工程造价的规范与和管理工作提出了相关的建议与措施。
In construction project management, how to effectively manage and control the construction cost is an important part of construction management. Project cost standardization and management work throughout every aspect of project construction, there is cost management in every aspect. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the standardization and management of project cost and carry out effective and reasonable regulation and management of project cost.
