在为用户排忧解难维修东风汽车服务中,曾遇到过好几例更换离合器总成后引起的故障,经我们检查发现故障都是一些质量低劣的地方产品所引起。这里介绍一例这样的故障,以资引起各用户的注意。一辆东风EQ1090型汽车来我站检修离合器故障,现象是;当发动机低速运转时离合器踏板自由行程正常,而当发动机加速运转到一定转速时踏板自由行程消失。据此我们检查曲轴轴向间隙正常,分离杠杆压紧弹簧弹力良好。只好拆下离合器检查,未发现离合器总成各部有什么异常,装复调正后故障依旧。据用户反应,离合器总成在个体店更换总成后出现上述故障,在那里反复检修,更换过几个新离合器总成都未解决问题。鉴此我
